Optum Employee Assistance Program

Optum provides real help when you or a loved one needs it most - at no cost!

​The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provides confidential short-term counseling, information and referral services for a wide range of problems, such as family and relationship concerns, caring for elderly parents, or managing stress and change. As part of your benefit, you can receive six (6) confidential counseling visits in-person or virtually with a network provider at no cost.

  • Legal counseling and mediation services

  • Financial consultations

  • ID theft support

  • Calm self-help resources

  • Management consultation and referral services

  • Critical incident response services

  • Training and development for managers and employees
