Updating your retirement beneficiary information.
Because certain life events can impact your Cooper retirement savings plan, it’s important to review the beneficiaries for your retirement account. To update your retirement savings plan beneficiary information, click here. Once you have completed your beneficiary designation(s), you will be able to view them on NetBenefits. Please be sure to review your choices regularly and update them after life events such as a marriage, divorce, birth of a child, or a death in the family.
Roth In-Plan Conversion
A Roth in-plan conversion allows you to transfer a rollover-eligible distribution from your workplace savings plan directly to a Roth account within the same plan. Eligible assets can include your own contributions or assets rolled in from a former employer. Fidelity does not charge a fee to convert eligible contributions to an in-plan Roth account.
To learn more about Roth and what your workplace savings plan allows, please call your plan’s toll-free number at 800.343.0860 to speak with a Fidelity representative.
